Will Nicholson, Founder
With 15 years experience in food service as a chef & restaurant owner, and a previous background in IT project management, I have worked in food sustainability since 2010.
My early work in food sustainability involved the design of a "food footprint" measurement tool as part of his Masters in Green Economy. Since then IntoFood has developed a software solution that is used with a wide number of large and small caterers and restaurants, as well as providing project delivery consulting and our unique online learning solutions for food service teams.
I also sit on the advisory board for the Food Climate Research Network's FoodSource content and am a member of the Applied LCA Consensus Metrics Working Group (whose aim is to develop meaningful and consensus-based sustainability metrics for food). In 2016 IntoFood was nominated food innovator for Norway by the EAT Foundation.
